Nice to see all of you again. Long time, no post :)
Things have been a bit crazy here as they pick up for the semester. However, there have been a lot of positive changes happening here which I am happy to share with all of you!
First, I have been eating A LOT healthier. My mom inspired me over Christmas to try Weight Watchers, and I must say I am really liking the program so far! It is frustrating that the weight comes off so slowly, but I feel a lot better overall. I also feel a lot stronger, as I am not going to the gym about 4-5 times a week! My friend C goes with me to pilates twice a week, and I'm glad to have found a gym buddy. I have lost almost 15 pounds so far, which I am excited about. Below are two of my latest food creations.... Chicken Taco Salad and Veggie Pasta!
The weather here is starting to get really warm... the trees are flowering and it's 70 degrees here today! Unfortunately, I am stuck inside the library. So now it's back to work!
